The Challenge

A UAE government entity needed to migrate 15+ legacy applications from aging on-premise infrastructure to a secure, sovereign cloud environment — while ensuring zero downtime for citizen-facing services.

Our Solution

We executed a phased cloud migration to Azure Government Cloud, using Terraform for infrastructure-as-code and Docker for application containerization. Each application was assessed, refactored where necessary, and migrated with automated testing and rollback procedures.
